Our guest speaker, Michael Manosh from Fidelity Investments will be presenting results from the 13th edition of their Plan Sponsor Attitudes Survey.
Fidelity has been doing the survey annually since 2008. It includes insights that comes directly over 1,285 plan sponsors. The majority of respondents were primary decision makers on their retirement plan and held HR, Finance, and Owner/President/CEO roles.
Some of the key insights that will be shared include:
- Largest Concerns – What were plan sponsors top retirement plan concerns and future goals.
- Investment Options – Recent Investment menu changes and expectations of what they will do going forward.
- Plan Design – What design changes they expect to make and why.
- Satisfaction – With service providers, advisors recordkeepers etc. Are they considering changes? Why?
