On September 30, 2022 individuals will come together in Providence RI, for a night of fine dining and dancing at the 2022 Southern New England Heart Ball. Their goal, to raise funds for the American Heart Association.

Started in 1924 the American Heart Association is dedicated to fighting heart disease and strokes by investing in research and programs for education and prevention. A cause that is very dear to CEO Mikko Passananti.

Mr. Passananti explains, “Both of my maternal grandparents died at different stages of life from heart disease. My grandfather in 1980 and my grandmother in 2001. Further, in 2009 my nephew was born with Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome

So when his friend, Donald Zambarano, approached him about joining the leadership team for the AHA’s Heart Ball he enthusiastically said yes. In the past he has donated money, now he gets to help lead the charge in making a difference by donating his time and talents to ensuring that the Southern New England Heart Ball is a success.
